DispatchDesk

Privacy policy

Updated September 3, 2026. Operator: Ethan Carter.

DispatchDesk reads recent order IDs/references, dates, tags, payment and fulfillment status, SKU-level quantities and fulfillment delivery-method types. It does not request customer names, email addresses, phone numbers, billing/shipping addresses or payment credentials. Order data remains protected customer data even without these fields.

Orders are processed transiently for the worklist and kept in memory for at most 10 minutes. Online access tokens are used during authenticated requests/jobs only, never written to the app database or logs. We store shop-linked app rules, order IDs, review state, reason, optional team alias, timestamps and bounded audit history in this app's isolated SQLite database. Do not enter personal data in team aliases or rule fields.

Free review records expire after 7 days; Starter records after 90 days. Uninstall and Shopify shop-redaction webhooks delete shop-linked settings, reviews and history. Customer-redaction requests remove records associated with the supplied order IDs. Minimal webhook replay receipts last up to 7 days. Shopify data-access requests retain only request IDs and requested order IDs for up to 30 days; a request-scoped export is available in the installed dashboard. History is bounded to the most recent 500 entries on Free or 10,000 on Starter within the plan retention window. You can delete app records from the installed dashboard. Support can assist with access or deletion requests.

No advertising trackers, data sale, external AI or notification service. Production uses Fly.io with encrypted storage and HTTPS. The selected hosting region is US (iad). Encrypted recovery snapshots may retain deleted records for up to five additional days. They are not served to merchants; any recovery must reapply deletion records or discard historical app records before service resumes.
