Start a reliable follow-up routine
- Open DispatchDesk from Shopify Admin and review the elapsed-hour threshold and excluded tags.
- Refresh the worklist. A complete scan is required; capacity or API errors do not produce an empty healthy queue.
- Check waiting shipments, partial remainders and the separate manual-check section.
- Open the order in Shopify if needed. Confirm the remaining items before saving an acknowledgement or snooze.
- Return and refresh. Changed remainders or expired review dates reopen the follow-up. There are no email or push reminders.
Supported scope
The last 60 days, paid/partially refunded physical orders and supported merchant-managed shipping fulfillments. No read_all_orders, third-party fulfillment access, customer/contact fields or Shopify write permissions. Pickup, digital, cancelled, unpaid and test orders are excluded. Mixed, hidden or incomplete fulfillment groups, future schedules and quantity disagreements require manual review. Orders with more than 50 lines, 5 fulfillment groups or 20 lines in a group are marked incomplete rather than silently trusted.
Why is an order uncertain?
Shopify can expose only the fulfillment groups this app may read. We compare them with order-level remaining quantities; missing coverage is not zero. We do not subtract potentially overlapping refund fields. Check the order in Shopify before acting.
